Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The web server processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. This is required for secure delivery, troubleshooting and attack prevention under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted or anonymised after no more than seven days according to the hosting configuration, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Email and telephone contact

When you contact us, we process your details to respond. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when no longer needed unless statutory retention duties apply.

Cookies and external services

The public area uses no analytics, marketing or third-party cookies and no local or session storage. Fonts, icons, images and scripts are delivered by our own server. The protected administration area uses a technically necessary secure session cookie after successful login.

Your rights

Within the statutory requirements you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
